Returns Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns on all purchases made on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached, and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. Undergarments and face Gaiters cannot be returned.

We provide a $10 flat-rate shipping label for your return which will be deducted from your final refunded amount. 

If returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays. 

When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

Can I Process an Exchange or Get Store Credit Instead of a Refund?

Unfortunately, exchanges and returns for store credit are not an option at this time. If you need a different size or color, you will need to return the item back to us for a refund, and then place a new order.

What If I Don’t Have My Order Number?

Your order number can be located on the right hand side of your packing slip. This information can also be found by going to, logging into your account and viewing your order history. Alternatively, your order number can also be found in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping emails. It will begin with an N and is followed by 5 digits.

 When Will I Get Credit for My Return?

Received returns are generally processed within 5 to 7 business days of receipt. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. 


What if my order arrives damaged?

We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. However, if for any reason an item that was purchased from is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
