We know that sometimes your gear doesn't work out quite the way you wanted it to and we want to make sure you are fully satisified with your purchase. The good news is that we've got you covered with free returns and exchanges. Simply click below and enter your order number and the ship-to zip code to get started.
STANDARD NOMAD RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges on all purchases made on our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be in original, salable condition, unworn with tags attached, and for footwear with the original box in new condition. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless the item is found to be defective or damaged. All face gaiters are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you are returning items from multiple orders, they must be shipped with their corresponding shipping label to expedite your returns process. Our returns processing is tied directly to the bar code on each shipping label. Therefore, returning items under a single label will cause significant processing delays.
When we receive your returned item(s) we will issue your refund. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
RETURN FAQ's
Can I process an exchange or get online credit instead of a refund?
You can choose the option of a return credit (called shop now in the return portal) instead of a refund to your original payment. You can make an exchange for a different size (same product and color) at no extra cost. If you would like a different color or style, choose the shop with store credit option.
Exchange orders will be processed after the returned order is marked as delivered to our returns department. The new exchange order will be shipped back to the original shipping address with our standard 5-10 day shipping.
NOTE: Store credits will be based on the original purchase price of the item. If a discount was applied to the original order, the total dollars for the store credit will be reflective of this discount and not the full price cost of the item. Discount codes cannot be applied to "Shop Now" orders
What if I don't have my order number?
Your order number can be located in the subject line of your confirmation and shipping emails. This information can also be found by going to NomadOutdoor.com, logging into your account and viewing your order history. It will begin with an "N" and followed by 6 digits.
If you still cannot find your order number, please reach out to us at support@nomadoutdoor.com and we may be able to look it up for you.
When will my refund process?
Your return will usually be processed within 5 business days once received by our warehouse. Processing time can often be extended during the holidays and peak shopping seasons. A return notification email will be sent to you once the return has been completed. Please allow 10 business days for your refund to be processed to the original form of payment. These times may vary based on your payment provider.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We work hard to ensure our gear is in excellent condition before it ships. If for any reason an item that was purchased from hukgear.com is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to report it.
Can I return something I purchased in a third party retailer?
Unfortunately we are unable to take returns of goods that were not purchased on NomadOutdoor.com. We suggest you contact the original purchase location to discuss your options for returns and exchanges.
If you feel as though the item you purchased from a third party retailer is damanged or defective, please reach out to us directly as the returns portal will not work without a Nomad order number. We will do our best to assist you in making it right.
